By accessing or using ShopBoost AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

ShopBoost AI is an AI-powered tool that generates product descriptions for e-commerce stores. We use artificial intelligence to create text based on the product details you provide.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use our service.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Free Plan: 5 generations per month at no cost.
  • Pro Plan: 50 generations per month for $19/month.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page.
  • Generation counts reset at the beginning of each billing period.

5. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all product descriptions generated through our service. You are free to use, modify, and publish them without restriction.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our AI models.
  • Share your account credentials with others.
  • Exceed rate limits or automate requests beyond normal usage.

7. Disclaimers

  • AI-generated content may not always be perfect. You should review and edit descriptions before publishing.
  • We do not guarantee any specific sales results from using our descriptions.
  • The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShopBoost AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
